The hot days of summer and temperate days of autumn are coming to an end, sadly. For many this means they will bundle up in a blanket in front of the TV and catch up on all the series they missed over the summer. We highly recommend you don’t fall into this group! Instead, stick to your routine of looking good and being healthy. Here are a few things for you to keep in mind over the next couple of months.
Keep Your Look All Winter Long
If you start the winter well kept with nice hair, nails, etc. it will be easier to keep a regular routine through the winter. With all the upcoming celebrations and parties, make your appointments now. Schedule regular appoints for everything you will need. Search online for local salons that fit your budget and schedule. If you have any other unwanted hair, maybe consider laser removal. Its fast, affordable, and long lasting so you won’t have to worry about that for a long time to come.
Watch What and How Much You Eat/Drink
There are likely to be a lot of get togethers over the next few months, and most of these get togethers will be centered around a large feast. Be aware that you don’t have to stuff yourself just because you can. If you notice you are satisfied, just stop and save the leftovers for the next days lunch. Also remember you will probably consume more sweets and sugars during this time of year, so you have to be double careful.
Just because the leaves aren’t green and the weather is colder doesn’t mean you can just stop moving. Try to find some indoor activities like a local rec center with a nice swimming pool or basketball courts, or possibly an indoor climbing center to stay active if traditional exercise doesn’t excite you. The important thing is to prevent yourself from getting stale. Once the weather warms up, you’ll be right on pace to pick up where you left off a few weeks ago.
